Cancellations

You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 72 hours (3 full days) before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show), you will be charged 50% of the service price.

This policy applies to all services offered at Hayley Nicole Clinics.

Payments

Full payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.

For certain treatments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled time.

Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
